Tradition continues with Klubas4 – LNTPA community gathers for the premiere presentation of Šv. Jokūbo kvartalas!

Members and partners of the Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (LNTPA) came together once again for the traditional #Klubas4 event – a space for sharing insights, ideas, and inspiration within the association’s community. This time, the gathering marked a special occasion: the premiere presentation of the long-awaited Šv. Jokūbo kvartalas, already hailed as one of the most significant contemporary urban projects in Vilnius.

The event was opened by LNTPA President Mindaugas Statulevičius, who welcomed the community and emphasized that such meetings are not only about knowledge exchange, but also about the unity of a strong professional community:

“Being part of such a strong community, we not only share best practices, but also shape a more advanced city – one that is responsible, comfortable, and sustainable.”

Šv. Jokūbo kvartalas – more than just a project

The highlight of this #Klubas4 meeting was the story of Šv. Jokūbo kvartalas – from concept, vision, and challenges to its meaningful architectural and urban impact. The project’s architect, Gilma Teodora Gylytė, partner at DO architects and LNTPA member, shared insights into the process of giving new life to this historically significant site.

“Šv. Jokūbo kvartalas is more than an architectural project – it’s a dialogue with the city, its history, and the community. The path to this day was guided by a sense of responsibility – to shape a meaningful space in the heart of Vilnius that is open, vibrant, and valuable for everyone. Our goal was not to create an icon, but a place where people want to be today – and which will remain relevant tomorrow,” said G. T. Gylytė.

Another LNTPA member, Danas Azikejev, CEO of DiStyle, shared how his team completed the company’s largest project to date – the fit-out of 271 rooms in the upcoming AC Hotel by Marriott Vilnius, located within Šv. Jokūbo kvartalas.

Anastasija Pocienė, fund manager at Lords LB Asset Management, which is implementing the project, spoke about the development’s architectural and logistical challenges, and the synergy between heritage preservation and the modern needs of a growing city.

Recognition and relevance for the city

Šv. Jokūbo kvartalas has already received major recognition – it was named the Best Future Project at the annual Lithuanian Real Estate Awards “For Sustainable Development,” organized by LNTPA. This award not only highlights professional achievement but also underscores how the project successfully merges visionary urban planning with cultural sensitivity.

According to the development team, Šv. Jokūbo kvartalas is significant not only in scale but also in impact – it represents a new step in Vilnius’s urban evolution. By integrating cultural heritage into the contemporary city fabric, it enhances the vitality of the city center and opens important public spaces to the community.

Once again, this #Klubas4 event reminded us: when real estate professionals unite, they don’t just build structures – they shape the future of cities we want to live in. The LNTPA community is more than an association – it is a movement for responsible, sustainable, and people-oriented urban development.
