Having gathered the best national real estate development specialists under one flag, the association became a solid and significant partner in the dialogue with public authorities. By analysing and examining the issues of sustainable urban development, it became one of the most valuable state advisers and partners in making effective and socially justified decisions or laws. By promoting the pursuit of high-quality activities, the association defines clear guidelines of ethics and transparency guidelines for its members.

The Lithuanian economy needs transparent, consistent and flexible regulation of real estate development processes, as well as effective and expeditious coordination of projects, procedures for issuing construction permits, and modern and smart administration of urban development. LNTPA makes these goals a reality step by step. It offers solutions based on experience and knowledge, speaks with a united voice of development professionals and market leaders, as well as invites businesses and public authorities for mutual dialogue. I believe that the “SORAINEN” team, which was elected as “Law Firm of the Year” will significantly contribute to the law-making initiatives of the Association, protection of the interests of its members and improvement of the business environment.

I am delighted for the gained trust and joined LNTPA board.
