CORE2024. A resilient RE market determines a safe state

Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (LNTPA) is organizing its annual real estate market conference “Core” next week on Thursday, 8th February in Vilnius.

The event will feature presentations on analytical data of commercial and residential real estate markets, introductions to innovations in real estate and construction markets, discussions on housing affordability, investment environment, changes in state land, territorial planning, and urban development, as well as dialogues on real estate business and government. The conference will address amendments to the Construction Law, anticipated changes in government plans, and related challenges.

Additionally, the latest Lithuania Developers’ Expectations Index, calculated by LNTPA, “Ober-Haus,” and “Spinter Research,” depicting business sentiments and development plans, will be presented. The event will include debates among the leaders of major political parties and candidates for the Parliament, as well as a conversation with the Minister of National Defense Arvydas Anušauskas.

The theme for this year’s CORE is “Resilient Real Estate Market – Secure State, Affordable Housing – National Security.” Security and resilience have become an inseparable goal in our current times. Therefore, it is essential to have intelligent leadership that unites business, society, and the state to smoothly and successfully achieve these goals. Thus, this year’s Core conference becomes a purposeful space for sharing insights and discussing the most critical steps towards greater security and resilience, said LNTPA President Mindaugas Statulevičius to BNS Plius.
