Italian architects “Scandurra Studio” join LNTPA

The Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association (LNTPA) has welcomed a new member – the Italian architecture and urban design firm Scandurra Studio, renowned for its modern architecture and distinctive design solutions. Founded in 2001 in Milan, Scandurra Studio has delivered projects including revitalized city centers and public spaces across Europe.

According to the firm’s Head of Business Development, architect Poé Matteo George, LNTPA membership will open doors to collaboration with local market development partners and contribute to the sustainable growth of Lithuanian cities. “The association’s significant role in the real estate sector serves as both an incentive and a goal for every market player to become a member. To stay innovative, we must align with the most advanced organizations,” says the representative of Scandurra Studio.
