Tarptautinės nekilnojamojo turto federacijos (FIABCI) organizuojamas pirmasis Baltijos šalių forumas vyks Rygoje, rugsėjo 29-30 dienomis. Lietuvos, Latvijos ir Estijos vystytojai aptars savo rinkų ypatumus, atsigaunančias NT rinkos sritis, istorinio paveldo renovaciją, pagrindines miestų plėtros tendencijas, naujausias technologijas ir kitus rinkai aktualius klausimus.
Anot Mindaugo Statulevičiaus, LNTPA vadovo, šiuo metu Baltijos šalyse matomi skirtingos rinkų vystymosi kryptys ir priežastys, kurias bus svarbu aptarti.
„Vystant NT kuriamas ir gyvenimo būdas, kaip mes gyvename, dirbame, komunikuojame ir socializuojamės. Tam reikia turėti ilgalaikę viziją, laiko ir resursų“, – sako FIABCI Baltic skyriaus vadovas Ardi Roosimaa.
Latvijos skyriaus vadovas Aigars Zarins tvirtina, kad NT rinkų situacija Baltijos šalyse labai skirtinga. Lietuvoje ir Estijoje tiek gyvenamojo, tiek komercinio NT rinkos labai auga, kuomet Latvijoje fiksuojamas stabilumas.
“Forumas bus puiki galimybė pasikeisti patirtimi ypač turint minty, kad tendencijos, atsiradusios Estijoje, po kurio laiko kartojasi Latvijoje ir Lietuvoje”, – sakė jis.
Forumo metu geriausi NT projektai bus apdovanoti Prix d’Excellence prizu.
